Lena is a Master's student in Social Sciences specializing in Organisational Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School. She is passionate about social innovation and loves connecting the dots between people, ideas, and projects to drive meaningful impact.

During her internship at Miele, she explored external innovation strategies and developed business models for corporate-startup collaboration, sharpening my skills in communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. As a scuba diving instructor at monte mare, she gained adaptability, cultural awareness, and a deep appreciation for creating inclusive learning environments.
