Gautam is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Karolinska Institutet, part of the Metascience research group working on the Horizon Europe project IP4OS. Gautam is also an Affiliate Researcher at the Centre for Innovation Research (CIRCLE) at Lund University. With over 8 years of experience in science, technology, and innovation policy studies, Gautam's research interests include grassroots innovation; innovation, entrepreneurship and development; research assessment and open science.
