Camilla Ferri

Camilla Ferri is a postdoctoral researcher at BHL and part of the Rethinking Entrepreneurship project. Her research focuses on cultural heritage, business history, and entrepreneurship, developed through studies in tourism and culture and deepened in her PhD on the role of the materiality of the past in organizing for the future. She studies long-standing organizations and creative entrepreneurs, investigating the relationship between change and continuity and temporality in business and society. Her qualitative approach involves visual and textual data, as well as historical sources. She is currently working on projects related to uses of the past, organizational categories, and craft entrepreneurship from a historical perspective.

Rethinking Entrepreneurship is a research project at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and generously supported by the Carlsberg Foundation. We explore the dynamic and evolving discourse of entrepreneurship, its impact on society, and its role in shaping the future. With a team of dedicated scholars, we delve deep into the question how the way we understand entrepreneurship links to our ability to address societal change and frames our thinking about society in past, present and future.
